1. Brush head up
After brushing the teeth, the toothbrush head must be placed upwards. Because with the toothbrush head down and the bristles at the bottom of the cup moist and warm, bacteria multiply faster.
2. Separate toothbrush
Don't put your toothbrush in a tooth cup, even if you are close to someone. Put together will inevitably touch, bacteria easily spread. It's also best to use toothpaste separately.
3. Try not to put it in the bathroom
Because there are many bacteria and microorganisms in the mouth, bacteria will touch the toothbrush when brushing teeth, if the toothbrush storage environment is humid, then it will accelerate the reproduction of microbes and bacteria. And most homes have small bathrooms, so when you flush the toilet, tiny sprays spread through the air, carrying germs that can end up on your toothbrush.
4. Avoid placing in an airtight container
It is difficult to keep a toothbrush dry in a closed container, so it is better to keep it in a well-ventilated, non-humid environment to prevent bacteria from growing.
